The CEO of TELCOE contacted Hydco to assist in the location and establishment of a new branch location in the Sherwood area in 2014. Telcoe was looking to build a facility that included additional lease space to help offset the cost of the project. The 2,850 square foot facility included a full-service credit union branch and a Subway Sandwich shop.
