This project was a full renovation in historic Argenta in North Little Rock. The building was originally a Safeway grocery store with a domed roof. Entrepreneurs Matt Foster and Jess McMullan had the idea to open a brewery with craft beers, so they leased the 8,000 sq. ft. building. The project was a $1 million renovation. Hydco handled the renovation of the building with 65% of the building devoted to the production of beer, and the remaining areas for retail sales and a tap room.
