In the early years of the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, the organization leased office space to conduct business.  In the late 1990s a committee was formed to select a location for a new headquarters for the NLR Chamber.  Hydco was selected as the contractor to complete the project that is located in a former pawn shop in the heart of Argenta.  The project included the renovation of the 2 story 9,200 square foot building.  The renovation included new office space, boardroom, and a second-floor gathering room.  The project was completed and opened to the public in 2003.
