North Little Rock School District
The North Little Rock voters approved a $260 million millage for the School District to replace or renovate every school building in the district. Hydco was chosen as the Construction Manager to complete Meadow Park Elementary. This $12.7 million-dollar facility is a 67,000 square foot state of the art education center with a capacity of 533 Pre-K to 5th grade students. Completed in the Fall of 2014, the facility included a 3,500 sq ft café, 4,300 sq ft gym, 1,800 sq ft media center, 1,000 sq ft computer lab, and 2,000 sq feet dedicated to art and music.
