Barry Hyde, Chairman and CEO
Mr. Hyde, a current State Representative for Arkansas District 40, is the owner of Hydco, Inc. He has over 30 years experience in the residential, commercial and industrial construction industry.
Barry is past chairman of the building division of the Associated General Contractors of America, Arkansas Division and is a 12 year member of the Apprenticeship Training Board for Arkansas. He is a member of the Boy's and Girl's Club of North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Barry served in the U.S. Air Force as an enlisted member of the Titan Missile Launch Crew from 1974 until 1977. He was raised in Cleveland, Ohio and attended Ohio State University and Arkansas State University.
Roger Marlin, Vice President Roger Marlin, a Bentonville, Arkansas native, has worked with Hydco, Inc. since 1999. Roger oversees all activities relating to day-to-day operations of the company. He is responsible for sales and marketing/implementation, the annual general and administrative budget and employee benefits. He also specializes in completing turnkey projects for clients that include areas such as furniture, equipment, telephone systems, merchandising hardware and signage.
Mr. Marlin received an Associates Degree in business from the
University
of
Arkansas
at
Fort Smith.
He later graduated in Bank Marketing and Management at the
University
of
Colorado
in
Boulder
.
Mr. Marlin came to Hydco, Inc. after a successful career in banking that spanned 21 years. He is a commission member of the North Little Rock Airport, Board Member & Past President-State Bank Marketing Association, Bank Marketer of the Year 1999, Past Board Member and Treasurer of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Pulaski County, Past Board Member of Lakewood Property Owners Association, Past Chairman of the North Little Rock Airport Commission.
Jeremy Hyde, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Hyde is responsible for management of all field operations as well as estimating and contract administration. He also specializes in completing turnkey projects for financial facilities and design/build projects. Saline County Detention Center, Trane Warehouse, Community Bank of Cabot and Peoples Bank are just a few of the projects completed under his management.
Mr. Hyde began his career with Hydco in 1994 as a part-time employee and became a full-time employee in 2000. He was named project manager and estimator in 2002. During his tenure with Hydco, he has served in numerous roles including superintendent, project manager and estimator.
Mr. Hyde attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Active in the community, Jeremy is a member of organizations such as North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce and American Society of Professional Estimators.
Kristy Hull, Contract Administration Kristy works closely with the estimators and project managers in soliciting bids on negotiated and hard to bid projects.
She prepares presentation materials for new prospective clients and enters new jobs in the company's, Construction Project Manager, software program. She maintains company records such as; plan logs, purchase orders, vehicle maintenance, company tool rentals and prepares and reviews all contracts and subcontracts. In addition, she prepares monthly applications for payment, compiles and assembles project closeout manuals, regulates all warranty items, and maintains job directories.
A 2004 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, Ms. Hull earned a bachelor's degree in business administration.
